Terms of order

Orders for adults aged 18 and over
With your order at lisi-bisi you ONLY acquire the edible and drinkable contents. The supplied baskets, packaging glasses, labels etc. are the property of lisi-bisi and will be picked up again after the meal.
Each order must arrive at least 18 hours before delivery. Everything afterwards by request.

Terms of delivery

Delivery only in the community of Grindelwald (outside, on request)
Delivery only to places, houses, chalets and apartments that can be reached by car
Alpine huts, squares, houses, chalets and apartments outside the village (can only be reached by walking or with a P permit) on request.

Cancellation policy

Up to 4 days in advance = free of charge

From 3 - 1 day in advance = 50%

From 24 - 0 hours in advance = 100%
