Order conditions restaurant service

Adults over 18 years
With your order at lisi-bisi.ch you "only" acquire the edible and drinkable content. The baskets, packaging glasses, labels etc. are the property of lisi-bisi.ch and will be picked up again after the meal.
Every order must arrive until 4 pm the day before and will be delivered the next day during delivery times. Anything after that by request to info@lisi-bisi.ch.

Order conditions grocery shooping delivery service

Adults over 18 years
The key from the rental property must be available through the rental company/owner/key box etc. so that the goods can be properly refrigerated/deposited before you arrive.
Every order must arrive until 4 pm the day before and will be delivered the next day during delivery times. Anything after that by request to info@lisi-bisi.ch.

Delivery conditions

Delivery in the municipality of Grindelwald & Lütschental: free
Delivery in area Interlaken 1(Gündlischwand, Lauterbrunnen, Gsteigwiler, Wilderswil, Saxeten, Matten, Bönigen, Interlaken, Därligen, Ringgenberg) at CHF 12.50
Delivery in area Interlaken 2 (Niederried, Beatenberg, Habkern and Iseltwald) at CHF 15.00
Delivery only to places, houses, chalets and apartments that can be reached by car
Alpine huts, squares, houses, chalets and apartments outside (only accessible by foot or with a driving permit) on request.

Gifts - shipping

Gift vouchers (decorated vouchers) are sent by Post (+ CHF 1.10) or can also be sent by e-mail via PDF (to print out yourself = free )
Gift items as backpacks etc. are sent by Post (+ CHF 9.70)
Gifts for people in Grindelwald & Lütschental: free delivery

Cancellation policy for orders up to 10 people

Up to 4 days before delivery = free of charge

From 3 – 1 day/s before delivery = 50%

From 24 - 0 hours before delivery = 100%

Undeliverable or delivery without finding guests = 100%

Cancellation policy for caterings/orders from 10 people and more

Up to 7 days before delivery = free of charge

From 6 - 5 days before delivery = 25%

From 4 - 3 days before delivery = 50%

2 days before delivery = 75%

1 day before delivery = 100%

On the day of delivery = 100%

Undeliverable or delivery without finding guests = 100%
